Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the Treviso region.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness and decanted at the winery before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. The second fermentation follows the Charmat method.
Serving and pairing
Recommended with fish, shellfish, other seafood, risotto and vegetable pies.
