The fruit comes from the producer’s vineyards in Langhe.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. Gentle extraction during skin maceration preserves juicy fruit aromas and freshness. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature.

The wine matures in steel tanks and amphorae.

Label / history
In Piedmontese dialect, “Capisme-e” means “understand me.” The idea arose after Domenico Clerico underwent major surgery in 2008 and subsequently struggled to speak. The wine was first released in 2009.
