About this wine
Vinification
The grapes ferment in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, followed by racking and blending.
Ageing
The wine matures for six months in French oak barrels and then rests for a further four months in bottle.
