About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown organically in vineyards with clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in September and macerated on their skins for 20 days. The wine is bottled without filtration.
Ageing
The wine rests for seven months in stainless steel tanks.
Label / history
Annual production is limited to 3,000 bottles.
