About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are organically grown on clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September, and the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages for nine months in chestnut tonneaux.
Label / history
Annual production is limited to 6,000 bottles.
