About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards in Sicily.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first week of September and fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine then undergoes refermentation in the bottle for 60 days.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with seafood, fish dishes and appetizers.

“Ama Mi” is a collection of still and sparkling wines distinguished by heart-shaped ceramic labels, each bearing the word “Love” in a different language.
