About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards in the Treviso region.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first week of September and gently pressed at the winery, followed by static cold settling. Fermentation with selected yeasts takes place at 18 °C for 8–10 days. Secondary fermentation follows the Charmat-Martinotti method in steel tanks at 14–15 °C. The wine is filtered before bottling.
Label / history
ReOro is a range of sparkling wines distinguished by an unusual label with a ceramic detail shaped like the shield of King Midas, who was known for turning everything he touched into gold.
