About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards in Venice.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first half of September and gently pressed at the winery. The juice settles for 15–20 days at 15–17 °C, followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at 18–20 °C.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with seafood, fish dishes and appetizers.

“Ama Mi” is a collection of still and sparkling wines distinguished by ceramic, heart-shaped labels bearing the word “Love” in different languages.
