About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Grillo grapes grow in the Vigne di Luna vineyards in Sicily.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first half of September and gently pressed at the winery. They then settle at 17–19 °C for 15–20 days. The must ferments in steel tanks at 18–20 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly in stainless-steel vats.
Label / history
Luna Passante is a range of still wines distinguished by ceramic labels shaped like a crescent moon. The Grillo received a gold medal at Mundus Vini.
