About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are organically grown in the Vigne di Levante vineyards in Puglia.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first week of September and fermented at the winery for eight days at 25 °C.
Ageing
The wine is aged in stainless-steel tanks.

Pairs well with meat dishes, aged cheeses and game.
