About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards are located on the hills east of Verona, on mineral-rich soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand, then destemmed and gently pressed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks for 12 days at 22 °C, preserving the wine’s aromas and freshness. Malolactic fermentation follows.
Ageing
The wine ages for five months in stainless-steel tanks, followed by at least one month in bottle.
Tasting profile
The wine is bright, with a distinctive aromatic bouquet of cherry. The palate is notably fresh.
