About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from 15- to 20-year-old vines planted on hills facing the eastern side of Lake Garda.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in mid-September and destemmed at the winery. Fermentation takes place at 25–28 °C, with five days of maceration, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine is aged in stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Pleasant and fruit-forward, with an appealing palate that becomes fuller and more harmonious over time.
Label / history
Its production method has remained unchanged since 1955, when Fabiano acquired an estate on the shore of Lake Garda in the Verona area and began making wine there.
