About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from a biodynamic vineyard named after Natalino’s father, Gino Crognaletti. Situated at 250–380 m above sea level, it has mixed soils composed mainly of clay. The vines average 20 years of age.
Vinification
The wine undergoes 20 days of maceration and ferments with native yeasts in stainless-steel vats, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
It rests on the lees for six months in concrete tanks and then for two months in bottle.
