About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from a biodynamically farmed vineyard named after Natalino’s father, Gino Crognaletti. It lies at 250–300 m above sea level, on mixed soils composed mainly of sand. The vines are 35 years old on average.
Vinification
Maceration lasts 15 days. Fermentation takes place with native yeasts in stainless-steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is bottled without filtration.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for 12 months in concrete tanks, followed by three months in bottle.
