Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie on the hills of eastern Veneto.
Grapes
The blend contains 85% Sauvignon Blanc, supplemented by other white varieties.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at low temperatures and then chilled for a further seven days. After pressing, the must ferments for 30–40 days, with bâtonnage throughout fermentation to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity.
Ageing
The wine rests in tanks for one month before bottling.
Label / history
“Hashtag” is presented as the alter ego of Alberto Zampini, one of the creators associated with the Ferro 13 range. Its social-media identity links content and keywords and is intended to reflect Zampini’s personality and work. The creators paired the wine with The Rolling Stones’ “I Can Get No Satisfaction” and the film Sideways.
