About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from hillside vineyards in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at night in late August and held at a low temperature for seven days. Fermentation takes place at 14 °C for 30–40 days to preserve the wine’s fresh fruit character.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for a further three months.
