About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Nebbiolo fruit comes from the “Faset” vineyard, in the heart of the Barbaresco DOCG appellation.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are fully destemmed and pressed. The must undergoes spontaneous fermentation using a pied de cuve. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration.
Ageing
The wine matures for two years in 300-litre French oak barrels that are 10 years old.
