About this wine
Grapes
The wine blends Sauvignon Blanc with the rare Manzoni grape, a cross between Riesling and Pinot Bianco created in the 1930s by Professor Luigi Manzoni at the institute in Conegliano.
Vinification
The two varieties are fermented separately and blended only after ageing.
Ageing
The wines age for one year in oak and acacia barrels before blending, preserving rich, pure and delicate aromas.
