About this wine
Grapes
Syrah (Shiraz) makes up most of the wine, with a small percentage of Vermentino.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. Whole bunches are pressed without exposure to oxygen, and the must then settles for 12 hours. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 19 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests for three months in steel tanks, then one month in bottle in the winery's cellars.
Tasting profile
An elegant, fresh rosé.
Label / history
The name comes from Alie, a sea nymph who symbolizes sensuality and beauty, and who inspired the winemakers.
