About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation lasts 21 days, with 75% taking place in stainless-steel tanks and 25% in French barriques.
Ageing
The wine matures for four months in stainless-steel tanks and three months in barriques, followed by one month in bottle.
Vintage notes
A warm winter and spring caused the grapes for the 2007 vintage to ripen two to three weeks earlier than usual. The resulting wine had very ripe, rich flavours.
