About this wine
Vinification
Produced only in the best years from a careful selection of the finest grapes. The grapes are crushed and fermented on their skins for 15–20 days, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
Aged in barriques for 18 months, then in bottle for a further 24–30 months.
