Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG covers an extensive part of the province of Siena, an area presented as particularly suited to viticulture.
Grapes
90% Sangiovese and 10% Canaiolo.
Ageing
Matured in cement tanks.

Alcohol: 13% vol. Available formats: 0.375 L, 0.75 L and 1.5 L.
Tasting profile
The bouquet combines ripe cherry, wild berries and anise with gentle spicy accents. Savoury and elegant on the palate, with raspberry jam, Mediterranean herbs and velvety tannins.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 18–20 °C. Pair with tomato-based dishes, chicken or game birds.
