About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the commune of La Morra in Piedmont, on clay and sandy soils that contribute pure fruit notes and elegance.
Vinification
Gentle maceration is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks, preserving aromatic depth.
Ageing
The wine matures for 24 months in new and previously used French oak barrels, followed by six months in stainless steel tanks and approximately one year in bottle.
Tasting profile
Pure fruit notes and spicy nuances accompany an elegant, smooth and velvety texture. The structure is balanced, with complexity and depth.
