About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the commune of La Morra, where the west-facing vines are planted on clay and limestone soils.
Vinification
Maceration lasts 5–7 days at 25–30 °C in a rotary fermenter. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures in steel vats for 8–10 months.
