About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards in Valpolicella.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes ferment in stainless-steel tanks for seven days.
Ageing
The wine matures for four months in stainless-steel tanks, followed by four months in 65 hl Slavonian oak barrels.
Tasting profile
The aroma is elegant and fruity, while the palate is balanced.
Serving and pairing
Pairs especially well with macaroni, pasta dishes, white meats and young cheeses.
