About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyard lies in the municipality of Quart at 800 m above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the middle ten days of September and gently pressed in a pneumatic press. The must is cooled before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures in barriques for 12 months, followed by eight months in bottle.
