About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow on a limestone plateau at around 450 metres above sea level. No chemicals, pesticides or herbicides are used in the vineyard, and copper and sulfur are kept to a minimum.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed slowly by hand over an extended period. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration.
Ageing
The wine ages for 9 months in stainless steel vats.
Tasting profile
The 9 months in steel give the wine a certain grip.
