About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Veneto on gravelly soils of alluvial origin.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and destemmed. After six hours of cold maceration and gentle pressing, fermentation takes place at a controlled 15 °C for 12 days.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for five to six months, followed by two months in bottle.
Tasting profile
Rich, with bright fruit flavours and pleasant freshness.
Label / history
The wine belongs to Tralcetto, Italo Cescon’s historic collection of more than ten wines. Each bottle is traditionally decorated with a piece of grapevine.
