The Gewurztraminer is grown in the Brenntal vineyard in Alto Adige.
Vinification
The grapes undergo low-temperature maceration, followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages for six months.

Well structured and refreshing, with elegant, noticeable acidity and an inviting aroma.

Pairs with lobster, shrimp, Asian dishes and desserts, and can also be served as an aperitif.
