About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines are at least 15 years old and grow in sandy, clay-rich soils, which contribute subtle spicy and mineral notes.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and cold-macerated, then fermented on the lees in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for six months in Slavonian oak barrels.
