The fruit is grown on limestone and clay soils in Alto Adige.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested and sorted before fermentation in small oak barrels at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests in large French oak barrels for 14 months.
Label / history
The name “Soma” means “body” in Ancient Greek.
