The grapes come from vineyards on the sunlit hills of Rovereto.
Vinification
Produced only in the finest vintages from carefully selected grapes, the wine undergoes slow fermentation in La Scolca’s cool, dark cellars and is made by the traditional method.
Ageing
It rests in the cellar for 10 years before release.
