Vineyard and terroir
Only organic methods are used in the vineyards.
Vinification
Davide and Marco vinify whole bunches in concrete tanks, with carbonic maceration lasting one week. The wine is then pressed and returned to the same tanks.
Ageing
Ageing takes place in the concrete tanks used for vinification.
Tasting profile
Aromas of ginger and orange zest.
