Grapes
Montepulciano and Moscato Rosa in equal parts.
Vinification
The wine is biodynamic. The Moscato Rosa macerates briefly on its skins overnight, while the Montepulciano is pressed directly. Fermentation is spontaneous.
Ageing
6 months in stainless steel tanks.
