Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown on clay-limestone soils in Abruzzo.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed. The must ferments spontaneously, and the ancestral method continues the spontaneous fermentation in the bottle. No sulfites are added during vinification, and the wine is bottled unfiltered.
