About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in a vineyard in Abruzzo with clay and limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed. The must is then bottled, with spontaneous fermentation taking place entirely in the bottle according to the traditional ancestrale method. No sulfites are added during winemaking, and the wine is left unfiltered.
