Tasting profile

Light golden yellow with green reflections. The bouquet is fruity and sweet-toned, showing yellow fruit, honey and yellow flowers alongside light oak and vanilla nuances. The palate is soft, broad and full, with balanced acidity and a persistent, fruity and spicy aftertaste.

Serving and pairing

Serve at 10–12 °C. Pair with fish- or white-meat-based first and main courses.
