Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from hillside vineyards in Impruneta, Florence, at 200 m above sea level. The site faces south-east and has clay-shale soil.

Predominantly Trebbiano and Malvasia.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, followed by at least three months in bottle.

Alcohol is approximately 12.00%.
Tasting profile
Light golden yellow with green reflections. The bouquet is fruity and sweet-toned, showing yellow fruit, honey and yellow flowers alongside light oak and vanilla nuances. The palate is soft, broad and full, with balanced acidity and a persistent, fruity and spicy aftertaste.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 10–12 °C. Pair with fish- or white-meat-based first and main courses.
