Grapes

Predominantly Sangiovese with various complementary varieties.

Vinification

The harvest takes place during the first ten days of October. Fermentation is carried out in stainless-steel tanks.

Technical data

Tasting profile

Deep, intense ruby red with red hues. The broad, complex bouquet combines red fruit with woody nuances and spicy notes of cinnamon and vanilla. Structured, soft, fleshy and full-bodied on the palate, it is elegant and persistent, with a fruity aftertaste enlivened by fresh acidic tension.

Serving and pairing

Serve at 18–19 °C. Pair with red-meat dishes, mushrooms and mature dry cheeses.
