About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the producer’s biodynamically farmed vineyards in Lazio, where the vines are 50 years old on average.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand and ferment naturally at the winery without temperature control.
Ageing
The wine ages for 24 months in French oak barrels.
