About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the winery’s vineyards in Lazio. The vines are 50 years old on average and are farmed biodynamically.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand and ferment spontaneously at the winery without temperature control.
Ageing
The wine rests for 18 months in French oak barrels.
