About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the producer’s biodynamically farmed vineyards in Lazio. The vines are ungrafted and average 40 years of age.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand and undergo spontaneous fermentation at the winery without temperature control.
