About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the producer’s biodynamically farmed vineyards in Lazio. The vines are 50 years old on average.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand and ferment naturally without temperature control.
Ageing
The wine rests for several months in resin barrels, followed by further ageing in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
Label / history
The name refers to the 1-litre bottle.
