The grapes come from the winery’s vineyards in Lazio, where the vines average 40 years of age and are farmed biodynamically.

Sangiovese is blended with a small proportion of other red varieties.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand and ferment naturally at the winery without temperature control.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in oak barrels.
