The fruit comes from the estate’s vineyards in Prato Sesia and Boca.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented on their skins in stainless steel tanks, with pump-overs every four to five days.
Ageing
The wine rests for 12 months in stainless steel tanks.
