About this wine
Grapes
Nebbiolo with a small proportion of Vespolina.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully sorted after harvest. At the winery they macerate for 6 days, with the must pumped over daily to extract tannins, colour and aromatic compounds.
Ageing
About 9 months in stainless steel tanks, which gives soft tannins and a harmonious structure.
Tasting profile
Fresh, easy-drinking and approachable, in the savory, aromatic, fruity style of Alto Piemonte. The nose shows rose and juicy raspberry. The palate is full of bright red berry flavours with subtle hints of coffee. Tannins are soft and the structure harmonious.
Serving and pairing
Pairs especially well with red meat dishes, adding new nuances to their flavours.
