About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the estate’s vineyards in Traversagna, Santuario and Montalbano.
Grapes
Nebbiolo is supplemented by small amounts of Vespolina, Croatina and other red varieties.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-October. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks and oak barrels, with regular pump-overs.
Ageing
The wine ages in oak barrels for two years.
