About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from estate vineyards in the commune of Caluso. The soils are volcanic, and the vines are up to 100 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, then pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees in barrels for eight months.
