About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the estate’s vineyards in Traversagne, Santuario and Montalbano.
Grapes
Nebbiolo is supplemented by small amounts of Vespolina, Croatina and other red varieties.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-October, then fermented in stainless-steel tanks and oak barrels with regular pump-overs.
Ageing
The wine matures for two years in oak barrels.
