The Sangiovese is grown biodynamically on vines more than 25 years old.
Vinification
Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation takes place in concrete tanks, with 20 days of skin maceration.
Ageing
The wine ages for 30 months in large oak casks.
Tasting profile
Generously structured, with a harmonious balance of minerality and fruit. The aroma is fragrant and layered, followed by an elegant finish with a slight bitter note and a firm structure.
