About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow around the 45th parallel north, in soils combining calcareous marl and gypsum.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, destemmed and gently pressed. The base wine ferments at a controlled temperature of 16–18 °C. The second fermentation takes place in sealed pressurised tanks using the Charmat method. During maturation, the wine undergoes numerous analytical checks and is subsequently bottled cold under sterile conditions.
